If you are looking to sell a residential or commercial property which is in need of renovation or conversion and could be an ideal rental residential property then please contact us.
We look to provide HMO accommodation, multiple flats and houses in close proximity to create a peer support community for single parents.
Circle of Friends
We know how difficult it is for women to re-establish their life if they can't get a mortgage or afford a property. Our Prowess Circle of Friends includes experts, suppliers and investors to help us purchase and renovate property so we can rent good quality homes to women while they get back on their feet.
Rental Properties
We rent out properties to women who need to rebuild their lives after facing significant challenges from widows to suffers of domestic abuse, divorce, refugees and beyond. Properties range from Houses of Multiple Occupation, Flats and Houses to provide a range of accommodation.. We work closely with Estate Agencies, Local Authorities and Charities directly to rent out property.
Managing Properties
We create high quality properties to create a homely environment using reliable tradespeople. When tenants are in situ we will work with managing agents and request female tradespeople to maintain properties where ever possible. We will also implement security doorbells and CCTV to properties to help tenants feel safe.
